Network Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and managing the local and wide area networks to ensure maximum uptime and security.

Requirements

  • Qualification : Diploma in Computer Science / Electronics, B.E / B.Tech (IT/CS), B.Sc / M.Sc (IT/Networking)
    3+ yrs. of experience in Network Administration / Engineering
  • Skills :
    • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)
    • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
    • Understanding of VLANs, VPNs, and WAN/LAN technologies
    • Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.)
    • Experience with wireless technologies (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ubiquiti)
    • Understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control policies
    • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SD-WAN solutions
    • Ability to troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues
    • Experience with network documentation and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
    • Knowledge of Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent is an added advantage
    • Proficient understanding of version control and change management processes
  • Responsibilities and Duties
    • Design, configure, and deploy secure and scalable network infrastructure
    • Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions
    • Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software as required
    • Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshoot complex network problems
    • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize and secure network architecture
    • Prepare network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs for deployments

Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Requirements

  • Qualification : MBA (Marketing/Finance), BBA, Any Graduate with strong sales and business development skills
    Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
  • Skills :
    • Proven track record in B2B or B2C business development and sales
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Strong market research and lead generation capabilities
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
    • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Good understanding of pricing, proposals, and contract management
    • Experience in IT/Technology/Services industry is an added advantage
  • Responsibilities and Duties
