Our system facilitates fees amount based on the student’s concession. For e.g., If one student is eligible for a scholarship, our system can facilitate fee structure based on the student’s eligibility. And this process omits a lot of paperwork and saves more time. We also have a facility (i.e.) Rank Holder Discount which means our system helps admins to apply discounts for students based on the rank they secured.

AUTO FEE RECEIPT GENERATION

Our system has a facility to create auto fee generation once a student paid his fees without any no dues then the fee receipt will be generated on their online profile itself. They can use e-receipt as proof of payment.

Our system can send scheduled text messages. They’re pre-written messages and that get automatically scheduled and sent to a recipient at a specific date and time.

Our System will provide a detailed fee report of the student neatly. Based on the student’s fee structure detailed report will generate. And that report includes Student’s fees paid history.

Our system provides a 100% safe and secure platform to deliver online and offline fee collection. With the help of our system, Online Payment will be done safely. For Offline Payment, students need to visit the campus and pay the fees amount and our offline-based software auto calculates the amount. And admin staff just needs to take the amount and make the entry in the software for records.
